Hailing from Rennes, France Hard Mind give a heavy beatdown style of hardcore we don’t get to see so often brought over to the UK. They have recently released their latest EP Negative Thoughts via Face To Face Records back in October and are set to bring this new sound over the pond to us in the UK this December.

Following their recent european tour in October, where they hit up locations in France, Italy and Spain. They arenow joining us in the capital with their own headline show at The Black Heart on the 12th December via Cash Pistache Promotions.

On top of this, the bill looks stacked with supports by Full Contact, Going Off, Nylon & Bind.

Full Contact
Formed in the mid 2010’s, Full Contact are a hardcore band based out of the East Midlands. They’re most recent EP East Mids Kings dropped last year via Guillotine Records. This 6 track EP is packed with a broad range of styles from heavy hardcore through to beatdown and metal influences.

Going Off
Coming out of Manchester, Going Off released their latest EP ‘Kill List II‘ on Halloween. With their aggressive sound mixing punk, metal and hardcore these guys are someone you can just lose yourself to. Earlier this autumn they announced they will be setting out on to the mainland for a europeon tour which starts this Friday!

Nylon
Coming out of Steel City (Sheffield), Nylon play a more punk style of hardcore with heavy influences coming from the early to mid 2000’s. They recently released a new single this October called Enjoy Your View which gives that exact vibe. They have also just come off of supporting Jawless & Clobber up in Teeside via Rhapsody Records. They will be joining Going Off on their UK tour dates this winter.

Bind.
The East Anglian Metalcore 4 piece will also be joining this show. With their style taking what I feel is early 2000’s metal influences on top of hardcore beatdowns and mute palming that you can hear on their most recent EP War In Heaven released this year.

The short of it is, French hardcore is truely bringing it’s own environment and style to the scene that we don’t get to see too often over in the UK. Tickets for the show are £12 in advance and £15 on the door.

An amazing price to see such a sick line up.

This is definitely one for the spinkickers, the two steppers & the acrobatics.

Hard Mind will also be playing the following dates in the UK:

• 12.12 – The Black Heart, London, UK
• 13.12 – The Chapel, Nottingham, UK
• 14.12 – Rebellion, Manchester, UK

Negative Thoughts is available on all streaming platforms and can be seen via the Spotify link below.
