I couldn’t look past writing something about this…
I know all the big boys in Kerrang, Metal Hammer etc. are going to have a field day writing about it as well but for me being a fan of this band since my early teens I’m so stoked to see this announced.
I’m sure over the past weekend you’ve seen photos of the ‘Pray For Plagues’ posters which were thrown up all over Manchester in a certain font.
Well that can mean only one thing right?
Outbreak have announced a special show which I’m sure everyone is aware of by now and I don’t really need to write much.
Bring Me The Horizon will be celebrating 20 years of Count Your Blessings on Friday 10th July at the B.E.C. Arena in Manchester and performing the album in full!
On top of the show BMTH are about to re-release a re-recorded version of Count Your Blessings | Repented which will also be released on the day of the show.
Count Your Blessings was originally released on 30th October 2006 through Visible Noise and boasts the bands deathcore and metalcore influences. The album was widely renowned for their opening track Pray For Plagues.
Outbreak have pulled one out of the bag making this show possible so a big thanks to them for it!
Bring Me The Horizon will also be supported by some great artists for this show with one of my favourite bunch of guys opening in Still In Love.

The show will also feature los angeles emo band Car Underwater, sheffields own Rolo Tomassi, UK hardcore band Heriot, US hardcore Dying Wish & Leeds post hardcore outfit Static Dress.
Let’s just say we’re all looking forward to this and BMTH fans of the past 10 years don’t know how fucking sick seeing this announced is.
